I was not lucky enough to know Stuart very well because I was a senior at SCDS when he was a 7th grader. However, I remember hearing what a wonderful football and baseball player he was in middle school. I was fortunate enough to be able to see him play at quarterback and linebacker this past year at SCDS on varsity. The one thing I remember about watching him play was that he played with a ton of heart and determination. He was a great player and played the way great hornet players should play the game. Also, I have only heard wonderful things about his character and personality. Everybody really loved having Stuart around. He made people happy. That's a wonderful ability that we will all miss very much. My memories of Stuart as a player and person are shared by numerous other friends of mine that saw Stuart grow up at SCDS. He was a great person in every facet of life.He will always be remembered as one of the finest hornets. Just know he will never be forgotten in the SCDS community.
